pleasant and fairly clean place with great and positive staff at the reception desk. amazing central location and delicious and good breakfast. plus, 5 minutes drive from mirabell palace.

Friendly service, we had quite comfortable stay.
The staff members were great. We had double room on the first level. The breakfast was delicious and good, the check in was speedy.

There was a beautiful babbling brook outside our room window, the staff were very friendly and it was not a long walk from attractions i.e. Mozart's place of birth (which is not very cleanly sign posted, by the way). And the hotel provided you with a map to help you find your way around - extremely helpful!
The walls are quite thin so we could hear everything the people in the hallway said. Also, parking was rather difficult.
